Talk with someone here as if you're talking with a friend in real life. Vent and just let it out. One of the best ways to healing your own wounds is by healing the wounds of others. Opening up and looking outward is a surefire way of feeling better. You never know, you might not be the only one suffering from your struggles. There is power in community and support.
Listening and empathizing are the paramount values you need to bring into our support group. You don't need to squeeze out advice in every thread here, you just need to hear what your fellow members are saying (we have our own forum section dedicated to advice-giving anyway).
The Encouragement Forums are still under the general guidelines and rules of this website, so give those rules a quick read too. Please be open, be nice, and listen. Try to speak with compassion in mind.
